Does anyone use crystals and stones for healing purposes? If so which ones and what do you use them for?

I have a collection of crystals and stones however I have just started studying them in depth again.  Most of my lot is back in NY at the moment.  At this time they are just hanging out with my smudging sage.

I'm sure I'm forgetting some, also have a few fossil pieces with me also.
