How do I send a support ticket through the NoPayPOKER software? What are the proper steps to take?

To send a Support Ticket - go to Resources at top of the chat lobby, click on support, scroll down to contact us, click on player support. Fill out ticket. Scroll to bottom of page enter code. Hit submit ticket.

SAVE your ticket number in case you do not receive a reply. This will allow you to find any replies in "Look Up Existing Tickets"
