Deleting and adding quests

If I delete a quest and then add it again, required items will be deducted twice?

Answer 1

Yes, if a quest has a required item to start and that item is consumed, then you will have to find more of those items the next time you play the quest.

So unless you absolutely need the extra quest space, dont do it!
