Yes it is called ' the Star of Life ' a symbol of qualified health care services & practioners . The rod & snake inthe middle is the symbol of medical care worldwide & is called the Rod of Asclepios , the six points of the star refer to each event in a responders tasks ... detection , report , response , first care , transportation & hospital / Dr's care
