I am sure it would be possible if you or someone is willing to do the following.

1. Organize them again or find someone willing to do it.

2 Find enough committed players to form the different teams.

3. Find captains for all of the teams.

4. Find someone that is not a Moderator to be the banker and hold the funds collected plus do the payouts.

Since I do not participate in them I am sure there are things I did not list but this is at least a beginning.
