why does the same ad keep showing up in lobby and nothing else ???

for at least two months I get the same thing on tables and in lobby and they rarely pay off

I have noticed the same thing,hard to try another ad when they are all the same ad.

Apologize for that happening.  I have had that problem in the past also. Just try another ad, some pay and some don't.
