It's also worth observing that you mention your 29,000 BC which is part of this site's Q&A account. We've mentioned it before but perhaps you missed it.

The Poker Game uses a different account!

So your Rich_M contact details are nothing to do with the poker side. You need to make a NEW account at http://game.poqery.com/ at the top of that page you will see the details to open a new account.
