This is probably caused by something on your computer, or network, blocking the game's access to Poqery's servers.

FIRST TRY: Clear your browsing data including Cookies, Cached Files and Passwords and reboot your computer.

SECOND TRY: make sure you have allowed networking ports 9000 and 9001 on your firewall. The game needs to be allowed to use those ports to work. Alternatively you can try turning off your Firewall and Anti-Virus software (some Anti-Virus software has a built in firewall) just to check your firewall is the problem.

THIRD TRY: uninstall then reinstall your Browser, Anti-Virus and Firewall software (if you have them). If your computer then asks you to give access on ports 9000 and 9001 say yes!

If that doesn't work then to help pinpoint what is causing the problems you might try to:

• Login with your account on someone else's computer on another network (use a friend's computer). If successful this means the problem is probably with your network or computer
• Login with another computer on your network. If successful this means the problem is probably with your computer
• Login with your computer on another network (take it to a friend's house). If successful this means the problem is probably with your network.
• Turn off your antivirus AND firewall to see if it helps. Some antivirus packages also have a firewall

If you can try out the suggestions above it will help you figure out where the problem is coming from.
