Can I have more than one Account?

We generally limit people to one account per household, however we will make some exceptions where the player contacts us beforehand with a valid reason for more than one account.
Under those circumstances, we'll generally allow it if the players agree to not play the same games. We do this to ensure the fairness of the games and also the reputation of the player's themselves!
Keep in mind we regularly check all sorts of data which indicates where a player has played, which accounts have played from their computer and other statistics. So just tell us beforehand and we'll be likely to give you the "OK".
If you need to change your account due to some other issue like harassment, then please contact support and we will assist you by either ensuring that the harassment stops or by helping you change your player Nickname. Keep in mind we will need real evidence of the need for this change because some people want to change their Nickname simply to gain an advantage over players who may be familiar with their playing style.
