Network Error 44312 indicates a bad network connection or corrupted data being received. This could be caused by a number of reasons including:

  • more than one player on the same internet connection - please ensure only one player is on your network
  • more than one game open in more than one browser - please close down all browsers and ensure only one game is playing.
  • loss or temporary loss of your internet connection - check your internet connection
  • delayed or slowed (high latency) data - check your internet connection
  • a frozen browser or crashed Adobe Flash plugin - please reload your browser
The issue should clear if you follow the instructions above but if you continue to experience Network Error 44312 then please contact support.
